On your sport…

How long have you played? What inspired you to play?

I have played football for 12 years; what inspired me to play was my father Shannon Alexander and cousin Brandon Swenney, because I wanted to be just like them and I love the game.

Where is your favorite place to play?

My favorite place to play was back in High School at Massillon Stadium.

What is your favorite number? Why?

My favorite number is 20 because I like Barry Sanders.



Who is the best player you’ve played WITH and AGAINST?

The best players that I have played with are Johnny Adams (Michigan State University) and Aaron Gaines (Lake Erie College), and the best player I have played against is Zach Colloras who played for Steubenville in high school and now plays for the University of Cincinnati

Do you have a pre-game ritual? If so, what is it?

Yes I do have a pre-game ritual; I always listen to old school rap, like E-40.

If you didn’t play your sport, what sport would you play?

If I didn’t play football I would play soccer because that was my second best sport.

What is the worst experienced you’ve had? What did you learn from it?

The worst experience I had was fumbling on the one yard line, with the game on the line, what I learned from it was to hold on to the ball tighter.

Have you ever had an injury while performing your sport?

Yes I have had an injury I had sprained my MCL

What do you consider as your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment was when I ran a 4.2 in the 40-yard dash at The University of Akron, and scoring the winning touchdown my sophomore year for the city series championship.



What is your most memorable moment? Why?

My most memorable moment was beating Glenville State my first year in college, the reason is because it was our first year having football at my school.

How has your sport helped you become who you are today?

My sport has helped me become the person I am today because it has taught me discipline and respect.

How has your family reacted to all of your sporting success?

My family has reacted tremendously in my sports they all support me and love what I am doing.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy to play video games and hang with my teammates.

My favorite part about the college is how everyone gets along.

The most influential person in my life is my father because he always gives me great advice to help get me threw a lot of things

What do you value the most?

What I value the most is my family.

What is your major? Why did you choose it?

My major is sports management and business administration and I chose that because I want to own my own football team one day.

Outside of your sport, what are your visions/goals in life?

My vision and goal in life is to have a nice paying job with a beautiful wife and children.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years, I see myself living in North Carolina with my wife and kids and getting my team together.
